2. Rules:
If you become a team leader, please do not remove members from the team! Who got kicked out, please write me privately who it will be and I would write to the person about their problem? But: If the person throws people out of the team for no reason, I will consider whether I will kick him / her out or whether he / she is no longer a team leader!
The chat is open so everyone can write something, but nobody gets offended! The person who was offended will write to me privately and I will write to a person who has. But if she does it like that, I'll kick her off the team! If someone misbehaves, he / she will be kicked off the team!
